Initialize a new World

Initialize a World for a new competition.  You may select from

1.  Standard economic data

2.  New economic data with a random starting point

3.  New economic data explicitly choosing the starting point.

The starting points along with the 104 quarters of economic data they reference are found on pages 149 to 152 of the Instructor's Manual.  It is located under the Help menu.
